Shopping and delivery

We collect the recipient’s name, mobile number, delivery area, building details, map pin and any notes you enter. We use these details to fulfil your order, arrange delivery and help with order questions. We also store the items, price, payment records and tracking status for each order.

You can place a pin yourself. Your device’s current location is requested only when you choose “Use my location” and allow it in your browser.

Google sign-in and saved addresses

Google sign-in is optional; guest checkout is available. If you sign in, Google provides your account identifier, name and verified email address. We use these to recognise your account and let you save and reuse addresses. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, contacts or Drive.

You can edit or remove saved addresses from your account and sign out at any time. Removing a saved address does not change delivery details already attached to an order. You can also remove Ramen.mv’s connection in your Google Account; contact us separately if you want your Ramen.mv account deleted.

Receipts and payment checks

Uploaded receipts may contain a sender’s name, bank account number, transfer amount, date and reference. We read these details and compare the payment with incoming transactions in the shop’s receiving BML account to verify it and prevent the same transfer being used twice. Customers do not need to give us their bank password or OTP.

Authorised shop staff receive order details and payment receipts in private Telegram topics so they can handle delivery, payment review and refunds. Delivery details are shared with the people fulfilling the order.

Restock picks and browser storage

We save your flavour choices, suggestions, restock requests and packet or cup preference to help decide what to stock. Picks are linked to your signed-in account or a random guest identifier stored in a cookie. A purchase may be linked to your picks to distinguish feedback from customers who have bought from us.

Cookies keep you signed in and remember guest picks. Browser storage remembers your bag and access to your orders. Clearing it may remove access to guest order history. Our server also processes connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate the shop, diagnose failures and limit abuse.

Storage and service providers

The shop is hosted on Contabo infrastructure in the EU. Google handles sign-in, Telegram handles staff notifications, and OpenFreeMap provides map tiles. These services receive information needed for their features and may process it outside the Maldives. We do not sell your personal information.

Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days. Receipt files from completed or failed verification jobs are removed from the shop server after 30 days. Payment and order records, private Telegram copies and backups have separate lifetimes and may remain after a receipt file is removed. Account and order records currently have no automatic deletion schedule.

Questions, corrections or deletion

Contact unayunai48@gmail.com for help accessing, correcting or deleting your information. Include your order reference or account email so we can locate it; do not send passwords or OTPs. We may need to verify that the request is yours and retain relevant payment or order records to resolve a dispute or meet applicable obligations.
